Quad Shade Structures

At last, our shade structures are finally here! Construction on the structures will begin this week on campus. Crews will begin fencing off areas where the structures will be on campus today. The project is expected to be completed in May.

This is indeed a great project for our school and students. Please excuse the inconveniences that this project will cause.

Dear Parents,

Colony High School’s second semester is off to a fast start! The transition has been smooth and students are geared up to finish the year strong! It is hard to believe but graduation is only four and a half months away! I look forward to having our graduation at the Titan stadium May 21st 2015 at 6:30pm.

I am grateful for the faculty and staff here at Colony. Every teacher and staff member continues to work diligently to ensure that all students are proficient in their subject area.

Our work of ensuring quality academic programs continues undeterred. Our 10th grade students are poised to take the California High School Exit Exam March 17th and 18th. This is an extremely important exam.

All 10th grade students are reviewing intensely for the exam. I implore all 10th grade parents to assist us by having your students study for the exam. Released questions from the exam are posted on line at www.cde.gov. We will be offering Saturday classes during the month of February and March. We expect all our students to take advantage of this opportunity.

In order for our students to be successful, it is important that all students are in school daily. Students who are not in attendance miss out on valuable instruction. It is imperative that our staff have the opportunity to work with your students. Please do not hesitate to give us a call. It is our pleasure to be of assistance to you.

As always, we know that it is our partnership with our parents and community that ensures our students success. We appreciate your support and patience.

Please feel free to contact me any time.
