    Principal's Message

    Dear Parents and Students,

Welcome back to the 2019-2020 school year!

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome all of you, especially the Class of 2023, to Colony High School! As the principal of Colony High School, I am excited for the upcoming 2019- 2020 school year.  It is our commitment to continue raising the standards for our learning community, ensuring possibilities of success for all of our students, and committing to our vision that all students will graduate career and college ready!

Here is Registration Information for the 2019-2020 school year:

Seniors, Juniors, and Sophomores student schedules will be distributed as follows:

Seniors (Class of '20) Monday, July 22nd 7:30-9:00
Juniors (Class of '21) Monday, July 22nd 9:00-10:30
Sophomores (Class of '22) Monday, July 22nd 10:30-12:00

All Freshmen will attend Freshman Orientation on Tuesday, July 23.  The orientation for both days will begin at 7:30 am-12 noon in the Theatre. Please arrive early for check-in. Parents, we will have a Freshman Parent Orientation beginning at 8:00 am in our Lecture Hall, which is located by the Library.

Please make sure that all items in the registration packet are completed and turned in

I would also like to make everyone aware that our campus will still be under construction, so we are holding our Orientation and our Parent meetings in places that we have traditionally not used.  Please note the changes, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to update and improve our facilities.

Our first day of school is Wednesday, August 7th. Please ensure that your student is in their classroom at 7:25 am. Please know that there will be traffic congestion on Riverside Drive and Mill Creek; therefore, plan accordingly.

We start this year with great anticipation and excitement! Our Titans will shine in the classroom, on the field, in activities, and in the arts. As our staff and faculty are busily preparing for the school year, I hope you are ready to dive into school. With that in mind, please know that we are committed to working together, that you have the capacity to go beyond the expected, and that we will never give up on you!

I am thankful for all the teachers, coaches, and staff who pour so much into our students.  I am also honored to be part of a community that supports the collective work of the learning community. I look forward to seeing all of you on Wednesday, August 7th, as we celebrate the start of a brand-new school year.

    Sincerely,

    Eric Danhof, Principal
